Jackie Briscoe, founder TALENT INC.
Founded by Jackie Briscoe, originally from South Africa and now based in Canada, Talent Inc was shaped by a life spent living and working across the world. Over the past decade, Jackie has lived in London, Copenhagen, Cape Town, and several other major cities, as well as in remote and island destinations, experiences that gave her a deep appreciation for the many different ways hospitality exists across cultures and landscapes.
Time spent in Copenhagen, close to the evolving culinary scene, and in Cape Town among the wine farms and luxury food and wine estates, further immersed her in environments where hospitality, lifestyle, and place are inseparable. Through her husband, a Michelin-starred chef, Jackie has spent years closely connected to the world of fine dining, luxury hotels, and high-level hospitality, gaining an inside perspective on the standards, personalities, and pressures that define the industry at its highest level.
Now a mother of two young children, and rarely far from the company of two very large golden retrievers, her life is a balance between family, travel, and a career built around relationships within the global hospitality community. Having lived everywhere from major international cities to mountain towns and remote coastal regions, she brings a personal understanding of what it means to build a life — not just a job — in hospitality.
That perspective shapes every search, every conversation, and every placement, with a focus not only on skill and experience, but on fit, lifestyle, and the long-term success of both client and candidate.
